This is my final cake from taking a Wilton cake decorating class. All the flowers except the pansies are made from poyal icing. Royal icing drys super hard and kind of tastes like Pez. The pansies are made from gum paste. The sides use the basket weave technique. I learned a lot from the class and really enjoyed it.
